1. About these terms

These terms govern use of the Thingometri Studio desktop application and this informational website. Thingometri Studio is a private, locally operated production tool and is not currently offered as a public software service.

2. YouTube API Services

Use of Thingometri’s YouTube integration is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and applicable Google policies.

By using Thingometri’s YouTube API features, the operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

By initiating an upload, the operator certifies that the content complies with the YouTube Terms of Service, including the YouTube Community Guidelines.

3. Operator responsibilities

The operator is responsible for factual review, ownership or licensing of media, required attribution, publication settings, and all content submitted through the application. OAuth authorization does not itself authorize Thingometri to publish: upload and publication gates remain separate controls.

4. Acceptable use

The application must not be used to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized content; to impersonate another channel; to evade platform controls; or to access Google or YouTube data beyond the consented scopes and documented production purpose.

5. Privacy and account control

Data practices are described in the Thingometri Studio Privacy Policy. The operator may revoke access from Google Account permissions and use the local disconnect command to remove stored YouTube OAuth and API data.

6. Availability and changes

The application is provided for the operator’s own production workflow and may change, pause, or discontinue. Google, YouTube, Cloudflare, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. Nothing on this site creates a warranty of uninterrupted operation.
